
after importing the image processed in photoshop into 3dsmax i started to draw the the splines in quads to shape the face

once i had done this i converted one to a polygon

and then the rest welded all of the polys together and merged them all to be one object

i then went into left view and moved the vertexs tot he right to make the shape of the face.
i did this in rows to help visualise how polys flow across the face.

after doing this i made the face see through and tweeked the vertexs to help follow the bone structure of my face
the eye socket was very hard to align them in the correct place as they were very close together.
